What it covers?

PERLESMITH warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the product's Limited Warranty Period of 5 years. This warranty applies to product purchased from an authorized reseller only. The warranty period starts on the original purchase date of the product.

This warranty does not include the installation of the product or if it is determined that the failure of the product was caused by modification, misuse or abuse of the product, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

This Limited Warranty does not cover the costs of removing and replacing defective parts of from your Perlesmith Products. But does covers the cost of shipping the parts to your location.

Who you purchased the item from.

Your original order number or product receipt.

Your name and address. 

The Product Model Number.

A complete description of the problem and the part number if known (please note our product manuals can be downloaded on this website).

This will help us expedite the process, so you can resolve your issue faster.

This Limited Warranty is automatically void if your Perlesmith product is modified, improperly installed, used beyond its stated weight capacity or otherwise misused or abused. Perlesmith products are intended for indoor use only. Outdoor use voids this Limited Warranty.
