The product was packed well, & is nice & strong & study, but it came in pcs. in the box. I'm assuming things weren't tight, so things began to unassemble during shipping. But at least all the pcs. were in the box so I was able to put it back together & use it. I do wish the instructions were more thorough, but was pleasantly shocked when I saw the mini level that come with it.
