I am absolutely unable to assemble to secure the fixing ring to the AV shelf support
The instructions at 4-1-3 tell me to do this, and show diagrams of how to do this. Have tried dozens and dozens of times following directions precisely. There is simply NO WAY for the fixing ring to secure to ANYTHING on the AV shelf support. After starting to scratch the AV shelf support with over a half hour worth of attempts to secure something that mechanically CANNOT be secured. I'm about to give up completely.

Order arrived quickly. All the parts were included and packaged well. The carts were easily put together. The castors are really nice on a wide base. Moving a 70" TV is much easier now.

Excellent choice- very durable, easy to move. Assembly was simple- pretty good directions. Called before ordering- talked with knowledgeable person- felt he was transparent and honest. Warmed me that deliveries were taking 2 weeks. Happy to report it delivered 3 days later. Only wish would be that the power cord could fit through the tube like other connection cords.
